內容簡介

布面圖案取材自日本時代臺灣鐵道便當的包裝紙。當時各地店家販售的鐵道便當不僅菜色各具特色，搭配五花八門且兼具觀光宣傳功能的包裝紙，也成為別具趣味的時代記憶。

Multi-Purpose Wrapping Cloth / Travel Furoshiki— Taichung
This multi-purpose cloth features a design inspired by the colorful wrapping papers once used for railway bentos (boxed meals) in Taiwan during the period of Japanese Rule. At the time, local vendors sold bentos with their own distinctive dishes, and the colorful wrapping papers—often doubling as tourism promotion—became a playful and enduring symbol of that era.

絵柄は日本時代台湾鉄道の駅弁の掛け紙をイメージしたデザインです。当時各売店の駅弁はそれぞれ特色を生かしたおかずだけでなく、観光宣伝の一翼を担う多彩な掛け紙も時代を反映した風情のある記憶となっています。
